Birth is a full-body experience—your nervous system and every muscle will respond (including those pelvic floor ones too)!
Learning to work with your body, not against it doesn’t happen at go time. It happens before that.
These experiential classes go beyond thinking and talking— you’ll feel and practice how movement, posture, and rest shape your baby’s position and your pregnancy, birth & postpartum experience.
Start birth classes early (around 20 weeks), build in movement and bodywork, so the things that help you navigate the wild ride of brith are second nature.
This helps your birth support person / partner too!
Plus, it enhances your communication skills with providers throughout pregnancy.
-
Absolutely!
While one of my missions is to bring this whole body focused care to pregnant folks sooner, you are welcome to join anytime!

There’s a lot to keep track of during pregnancy. Figuring out when to take birth classes doesn’t need to be one of them.
Each slide HERE is an example of month someone is due. The slides assume the due time is at the end of each month.
If you’re due in the beginning or middle of the month, look at the previous month for ideal class dates.
-
We’ve got you covered.
Simply register for the group class dates you can make and then select the private session option for the other classes.
Or, if signing up for the Whole Pregnancy Birth Prep Series as a private session is best:

These classes address not just the nuts and bolts of birth - but the life-changing experience of birthing a baby through your body, which is wild - and a lot!
The series is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and build connection—to your body, your baby, your support team, and yourself. It provides space for you to integrate.
By practicing body-based techniques early and often, your responses become instinctive—ready to support you when things feel intense or overwhelming.
Exploring and practicing throughout pregnancy deepens your understanding, strengthens your connections, and builds the physical, mental, and emotional reserves you’ll draw on when it matters most.
