Get personalized support during pregnancy to understand the what, why and how of Spinning Babies® techniques and how it's helpful throughout pregnancy and during labor. We work with Balance, Gravity and Movement along with understanding they “why” of anatomy and the physiology of birth.

Who is this class for?
Any pregnant person and ideally, their support person(s)
Join 20 + weeks - Ideal mid 2nd trimester or early 3rd trimester.
If your baby is transverse or breech by 34 + weeks:
Book a private Bodywork for Breech Baby session with Amy, one of only two certified Spinning Babies® Aware Bodywork Practitioners in all of Vermont.
Do you have an ECV (External Cephalic Version) or Webster Technique appointment scheduled? A bodywork session with Amy, 48 hours or less before these procedures can help your body and mind be as relaxed as possible.

Spinning Babies® 3 hr. Group Class - $150
Individual 3 hr. Sessions are $225
Possible Reimbursement Options:
Blue Cross and Blue Shield VT Better Beginnings Program reimburses a certain amount for Childbirth Education.
Good Beginnings of Central VT offers a need-based Childbirth Education Scholarship up VT residents while funds last.
Certain Health Savings Accounts may also be used. Sliding-scale available for those experiencing financial insecurity.
