The Restore Your Core Series is being offered after the Pelvic Floor & Core After Birth (Sunday, June 30th). Ideally, you’d take the workshop and follow up with one of the 3-week movement series in July.

Want to feel connected to your core again? Want to bring more movement, freedom and stability back into your body? What to reduce aches and pains?

This series is about more than exercises. It’s about understanding the new YOU after pregnancy and birth. It’s about feeling more comfortable, confident & connected.

Whether you had a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, reconnecting to your sense of core matters! This encompasses your pelvic floor, abs, posture, breathing, mindset and more.

The 3-week series offers exercises that build upon themselves, focusing on movement, breathing and posture exercises that help you take care of you while you take care of baby. We are working with an inside out approach - meaning, we are building upon re-awakening deep core strength and stabilization with a Less is More approach.

We will also take diastasis into consideration as we explore!
