Amy LePage

I love to learn, and I love to teach.

Teaching has been with me for a long time. First, sharing my love of photography with high school students in California. Then, hands in clay, teaching ceramics in Vermont.

Birthing and raising my two sons, that was a lot of learning and teaching (growing, not knowing, letting go, expanding, and more growing)!

Since 2010, I’ve created a practice that weaves together Functional Movement Therapeutic Yoga, Clinical Somatics, Sounder Sleep System™, Upledger Cranial Sacral techniques and a vast skillset in pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum learning to offer an approach to wellness that places education and an understanding of one’s body at the center of people’s health and wellbeing journey.

My somatic group classes, workshops and private client sessions are all about experiential learning – providing students and clients the foundational framework to help themselves move toward a more easeful and resilient experience of living in their bodies.

My work with individuals and families during pregnancy, birth and beyond is infused with a unique, holistic and highly individualized focus, supporting people to be seen, heard and empowered during this transformational time.

I’m grateful that I love the work I’ve been called to offer my community.

Other loves are my family, witnessing my sons grow and move out into their lives, my friends who are family, flowers, misty canoe rides, floating on my back in water, authentic movement practice, reading a great book I can’t put down, dancing, learning about the body, watching the sun, sky and clouds, kickboxing, a good, deep laugh, letting myself cry when I need to, watching fireflies, smelling spring rain, hearing bird song.

Canoe camping at my favorite spot, always with my favorite people.
Quiet morning paddles in my favorite misty spot.
Water - the silky gift on skin, floating under the sun.

Thank You

Sending a loving shoutout to my community and support circles during my continued learning, growing and building.

To my students and clients – you continue to inform and influence my teaching. Your trust and commitment to better health and wellbeing is truly a gift to witness.

A deep thank you to my teachers and mentors who have shared so much along the way. To my friends and family - you have nurtured my life’s work in so many ways. To my sons, I love you to the moon and back...and you are my greatest teachers. I am grateful beyond words to have you in my life.
