    Elevator Access

    There are no stairs at the entrance to 15 State St. Choose the stairs to the 3rd floor or take the elevator. Street parking is available with 2 hr. meters that accept coins or the ParkMobile app.

    Ample Space for Movement

    When not set up for a bodywork session, the studio is sun-filled and spacious, with a 3rd floor view of Main St.

    Cozy Space

    For longer workshops, it’s nice to have a back room where you can have some space on your own. Or perhaps you’ve come for a postpartum bodywork session and have someone helping with your baby. This is a great cozy spot to be.

    We Have Everything You'll Need

    Foam rollers, numerous sized balls, mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and sensory items, a full size skeleton and models of various individual skeletal parts, a great library to peruse, chairs, two air filters and a speaker system.

    Bathroom Access in Studio Suite

    There is an ADA accessible bathroom on the first floor of the building. There is also a bathroom right in the studio suite.

 FAQs

  • No regular open hours for folks to just pop in. You’ll need to register for classes in advance and schedule individual bodywork sessions.

  • While the front entrance does not have stairs - there is no automatic door opener. In addition, there is no parking area. Once inside - there is an elevator that takes you right to the 3rd floor. There is a bathroom on the first floor that can fit a wheelchair, however it is not an ADA compliant bathroom. The bathroom in the studio suite cannot accommodate a wheelchair.
