Ready for a class where you don’t just listen to learn about birth—you actually practice the movements, positions, breathing patterns, and comfort techniques that help you meet the wild, powerful ride of labor and birth with confidence?

You’re in the right place!

Bring a support person and leave feeling more connected, more prepared, and more grounded in your roles—whether you’re giving birth or supporting someone through it. This workshop is about body-based practice, teamwork, and real-life tools you can lean on when you need it most.

Joining on your own? We’ve got you covered! Gain all the same learning with our skilled teacher.

This class is perfect if:

You’ll leave with:

  • A toolkit of birth-friendly movements, breath + comfort measures to help you feel more prepared + confident

  • Techniques to regulate your nervous system to support a calmer birth experience

  • A support person who feels informed + capable

  • A deeper sense of readiness to meet your birth journey
