Learn an array of hands-on techniques to use during pregnancy to build the “muscle memory” of relaxation and stress relief. Come with a support person / partner / friend…Strengthen your communication skills while you’re at it!

Then take those hands on practices into labor to help you calm your nervous system as you experience birth.

Infant touch/massage techniques encourage connection, help babe feel better, and creates intentional “tuning-in” time.

Plus - Calm You, Calm, Baby tips!

Babies learn how to self-regulate through their interactions with those around them.

Having strategies to help calm and settle oneself are an important piece of the parenting puzzle. As is learning ways to recognize the cues your little one is sending you.

Make time now, during pregnancy, to think beyond birth - to help you tend to YOU while you take care of baby.
