A light, playful, somatic (body focused) approach to adjusting to parenting. For the adults in your child's life. Join with your baby and older children or on your own. 

  • Effective, body focused strategies for mindfully raising your unique family

  • Understand the changes in your brain when you become a parent to help you make sense of this big transition.

  • Recognize how your nervous systems are relating to each other and strategies to navigate nervous system overload

  • Discover movements to help release tension and stress

  • Learn simple and effective breathing strategies to calm and regulate

  • Recognize developmental movements in your little ones

  • Learn how you can practice these developmental movements with them (which are great for your core strength, stability and connection with them)

  • Create awareness building & regrouping strategies to help you feel more grounded to yourself and others around you

  • Notice and belief patterns you hold about parenting that may be ingrained in your body.  Learn ways to explore if they are serving your family well. 

Offered in 30, 45 & 60 minute sessions (with or without your little ones)

Recommended 6 weeks postpartum and onward* 

*scheduling a session before baby arrives is great planning as well.
