You know it’s important to take care of yourself when you’re pregnant. 

There’s a deep connection between you and your growing baby’s health and wellbeing. A regular prenatal yoga class is a great way to begin. What’s even better? 

A weekly class that weaves somatic movement, breath, gentle therapeutic yoga, education about supporting your changing body and nurturing birth preparation. Weekly physical, mindset and emotional support during pregnancy.

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm
